Between the rotating rotor and the static stator of the shear and emulsifying device, the liquid product undergoes various movement, such as forceful shearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, crashing, etc. due to the high linear velocity generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy generated by the high frequency mechanical effect. As a result, the dispersion, emulsification, hemogenization of the liquid product is achieved in a short time. It is widely used in dairy, beverage, bio-tech and pharmaceutical industries.
